Hello, my name is Kevin Alvord and I am a resident of Vancouver, Washington up in the great Pacific Northwest. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and I absolutely love it. Connecting individuals and families with the best loan products that get them into homes is very much a passion of mine. Growing up in Portland, Oregon my dad Jack worked at US Bank for over 40 years…with many of those years being  in charge of commercial lending. I guess you can say that the lending industry is in my blood. I’ve helped many friends and family members and numerous other clients over the years and I am excited to help you as well. 

Outside of working I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife Erika and my two children – 16 year old twins named Scotty and Olivia. We travel back and forth to Sweden often as my wife was born and raised over there and her family resides there. We are also avid outdoors people with camping and hiking being particular passions of ours. We have hiked everywhere in the United States by my own personal favorite place to hike is in Washington State in the Olympic National Park, the North Cascades and the Enchantments in Central WA.

I terms of home ownership I am always a phone call away and ready to get you going on the process.
