Martin Cabanillas is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer committed to helping individuals and families navigate the path to homeownership with confidence and clarity. Born in California, Martin later made the move to Arizona, where he continued to build both his education and his career.

He attended Grand Canyon University, earning a degree in Finance and Economics, which laid a strong foundation for his work in the financial services industry. Martin began his professional journey at Morgan Stanley, one of the largest wealth management firms in the world, where he gained valuable insight into financial planning and client service.

Driven to expand his expertise, he went on to work with respected institutions such as Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Rocket Mortgage. It was during his time at Rocket Mortgage where he discovered his true passion—helping families achieve their dream of homeownership. His combined experience in finance and mortgage lending allows him to guide clients with knowledge, integrity, and a personal touch.

Outside of his professional life, Martin is deeply rooted in his faith and community. He serves as a Co-Pastor alongside his wife, Alejandra, at a Bilingual Christian Church where they minister to and support a diverse congregation.

 

Martin has been married for 10 years and is the proud father of two beautiful children, Noah and Madeline. His dedication to faith, family, and service is at the heart of everything he does—both personally and professionally.
