My name is Johan Resendiz, and I’ve been a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2020. I bring over 10 years of financial experience to the table, having worked with some of the largest and most respected companies in the country, including Wells Fargo, AmeriSave Mortgage, and PennyMac. Those years gave me a deep understanding of the mortgage process and what it really takes to help clients move forward financially.

My goal is simple: to help my clients succeed financially and guide them toward the mortgage that truly fits their needs. I like to keep the process as streamlined, convenient, and stress-free as possible—buying a home is a big step, and I want my clients to feel confident every step of the way. The same goes for refinancing; whether someone is looking to lower their payment, tap into equity, or restructure their loan, I make the process smooth, clear, and easy to navigate.

Outside of work, I stay active. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on hikes, hitting the gym every day, and hanging out with my two nephews. I take a lot of pride in helping others. There’s a real sense of accomplishment that comes from using my knowledge to help people reach their financial goals, and that’s what drives me every day.
