Nelzon Coyoy, Broker

Nelly was born in Los Angeles California and raised in Oakland before he ventured off into the valley of Phoenix Arizona in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in communications at Arizona State. During his time at Arizona State, Nelly dipped his toe in the Retail Phone Industry developing the necessary skills to become one of the top consultants in the nation.

Inspired by the change to help people in a prevalent field to make a larger impact he joined the nation’s largest retail mortgage lender in the process. Nelly became one of the top loan officers earning multiple awards and closing hundreds of loans while changing the banking culture which earned him a nod for leadership before venturing into the broker channel. 

In his free time, Nelly spends time with his two dogs and wife Sarah, traveling around the world, playing sports, and collecting sneakers.
