My name is Austin Burns, and I am a Mortgage Broker with Adaxa. I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2021 at one of the nation’s largest direct mortgage lenders, where I built a strong foundation in loan structuring, client advising, and navigating the complexities of today’s lending environment. Since then, my focus has been helping clients secure financing solutions that truly align with their long-term financial goals.

I am originally from Stephenville, Texas, and I am proud to still call Texas home today. I take a relationship-focused approach to my business, placing a strong emphasis on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and dependable execution so every transaction moves smoothly from application to closing. Whether I am working with first-time homebuyers, homeowners looking to refinance, or experienced real estate investors, my goal is always to provide guidance that is clear, transparent, and results-focused.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, staying active in fitness and outdoor activities, and continually learning about real estate markets and investment strategies. I believe discipline, consistency, and preparation are the keys to success, and I bring that same mindset to every client relationship.
