Baxter Kanter, Co-Founder

Baxter’s dedication to providing a true “first class mortgage service” is what led him to become one of the founders of the Adaxa Brokerage.

Starting as a Loan Originator in 2020, Baxter quickly gained knowledge and experience becoming one of the top producers in direct lending by leading his over 300+ U.S Homeowners to their closing of $100,000,000+ in funded volume all within his first 18 months.

In 2022, Baxter and his partners saw an opportunity to leave behind direct lending and form the Adaxa Brokerage with a mission to provide a significantly improved process to all future mortgage applicants by shifting into the broker role. This vision became reality immediately with the resources that Adaxa brought to the table, providing a brand that guides, educates and advocates from start to finish.

Baxter currently uses his passion to ensure that Adaxa retains its competitive edge, constantly monitoring the evolving mortgage industry and focusing on the development of the Adaxa Broker Team so that every client gets to experience something special.

Outside of work, Baxter enjoys spending time traveling with his wife, Annabel and staying involved in sports as a former college and professional athlete.
