My name is Bethanne Fuhs, I am currently residing in Phoenix Arizona after moving here from Iowa over 25 years ago. I started my career in finance over 20 years ago, moving into mortgage lending in 2021. My goal has always been to help my clints accomplish their financial goals and improve their quality of life.  Whether that’s getting you into your dream home or utilizing your equity in your current home to put you in a better position, helping people is why I love what I do!

I have been a Mortgage Loan officer since 2021 and started in direct lending, every year I held an award for highest customer service and closing ratio.  I transitioned to the broker model so I could provide more hands-on experience, ensuring the best service to my customers. I take responsibility for all parts of your loan. From taking your application to processing and funding your loan, I do it all. I believe this is of value to you as a customer because I can ensure a smooth and efficient process for you and your family.

I understand lending can be very complex and there is never a one size fits all program. With my 25+ years of finance background, my job is to do the work for you. I have multiple programs such as Home Equity Line of Credit, HELOANs, Bank statement Loans, Low FICO loans, Down Payment Assistance Purchase’s, etc. Simply put I will find the best program with the lowest rates on your behalf!
