Stephan Beauvais, Executive Broker

Hello! My name is Stephan Beauvais, and I am an Executive Mortgage Broker with Adaxa. I joined Adaxa in August 2022 as the 3^rd member of our team and have over 4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.

During my time at Adaxa, I have helped hundreds of clients and families navigate the complexities involved in securing a home loan. From first-time homebuyer to experienced real estate investors, I have the knowledge and commitment to finding the best financing options for my clients.

I was born and Shelby Township, Michigan and have been living in Scottsdale since 2021. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where I was captain of the Men’s Ice Hockey Team and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Upon graduation I played several years of professional hockey in Sweden, Alabama, and Oklahoma before finding my passion in real estate and moving to Scottsdale to pursue a career as mortgage broker.

The discipline, teamwork, and determination I developed on the ice directly translate to my approach in business. I know the importance of hard work, resilience, and a strategic game plan—qualities I bring to every mortgage transaction. When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy spending as much time as I can outside. I love to hike, mountain bike, ski, and travel around Arizona to explore new places. I also still love playing hockey a couple times a week and checking out restaurants in the Greater Phoenix area.
